Our Junior Engineer

At this age, Timmy has shown his interest in engineering things.

Even before he could walk, he was so persistent in learning the things that turn. I could still remember that he would learn so deligently to turn the gears at around 7 months old.

When we were still living at Kayu Putih, he would sit on Benny's lap and help him to release the nuts and bolts as Benny repairs the laptop. He could even helped us to insert the pin into the PCB.

As we moved to our new house, Timmy helped Benny to install the furniture and set it up. Tables...Wardrobe... :)

Right outside the circus, they put the "City Mover 4000" high intensity lamp.
Other kids were running around playing, while Timmy was paying attention to it so closely, as it turned around.

At the train playground, Timmy was paying attention to the electricity panel which controls the start stop of the train. Benny explained to him about the Voltage and Ampere.

Timmy has a collection of batteries and he can insert the batteries correctly, negative and positive sides. One day he explained to me about the size of the battery, AA, AAA, C, D, squares, big round and small round. And he categorize them in the box that he got from Rachel's birthday, according to the brand and size.

One day, he put them into a torch and observed the light that illuminate. Timmy would then said a number to represent the level of brightness. Then he changed the battery with another and observed again, and so on and so forth. He came up to a conclusion that Energizer battery is the best and the strongest.
hahahaha..

During the past few days, Benny has been teaching him about the size of the wheel.
They have been measuring the wheel of city car, SUV, pick up truck, dump truck, etc.
hehehe..

When we were on a shuttle bus after school, Timmy told Benny "Dad the gear of this bus, is it on Neutral position?" Dad: "Yes Tim, it's on neutral."
Timmy: "But why if it is on neutral, the gear is a bit to the right side? If it is neutral, it should be right at the center."
Benny: Observing then said you are right Tim. But because the base of the gear leather is broken, that's why it seems that it is a bit to the right.
Timmy: "The position of the gear is also different with the normal car. With the normal car, 1 3 5 is at the top. 2 4 R is at the bottom. But with the bus, it is reversed." Gees...he pays attention to these things. hehehehe.
