We went to eat Ayam Kremes Bu Tjondro.

Studying for Final Exam ~ Semester 1
It was Final Exam season for Semester 1.
This year, the school is using 2013 National Curriculum, hence the books have been changed into "Tematik". ie, 1 book comprises of several topics, such as Math, Social Studies, Science, Language, etc. (IPS, PKN, Math, Bahasa Indonesia, Sports, Art).
The part that we don't like is that for example, when we are learning about Pancasila;
Sila ke 1, is around page 10-ish.
Sila ke 2, contoh perbuatan yang sesuai dengan sila ke 2, is around page 30-ish.
Sila ke 3, is aroud page 40-ish,
etc.
Hence, when we were learning about PKN, we were flipping through pages of the book.
thoroughly the whole book. Even the students get annoyed with it. Hahahaha... and the mothers too. Hahaha...
So, Timmy's book was full of post-it, labelling the pages for the subjects to be tested the next day.
and there are 4 books for Semester 1. 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D.
Imagine labelling 4 books for the pages that jumps here and there for covering 1 subject.
Argh...annoying at first.
But we get used to it towards the end. Hahahaha...
At the beginning of the final exam, I helped Timmy, label it, asked "him have you read this?"
"Read this, I think it's important."
And there are lots of other papers from the teachers notes, past monthly paper, Quiz, exercises at school. To be honest, I was nervous.
Towards the middle of the exam, it was IPS. The topics covered were:
And I did something bold, crazy? Letting him study all that IPS on his own.
Nah....it must be done. Brave myself.
I tried to deviate my attention, by cleaning the house, aerobics, going for a walk, cooking.
These were the pictures of him studying on his own.
When he was studying, he munched kripik kentang Krispieto (Crispy Potato). hahaha.
Not long after that, lemper...
Not long after that, fruit tart...
And on the "The Day" of the IPS exam, I had the nervous break-down.
He was eating his breakfast and I flipped through his past monthly papers, quiz, etc,
and asked him: have you read this Tim? And tests him some questions.
He said: "Mom, you are annoying. I wanna watch TV and eat breakfast." :p
It's the Mommy's syndrome. Any of you have ever felt that way?
Well, well, well, there are lots of things for me to learn in being a Mom.
And one of them is learning to let go...
Build responsibilities...
And delete my yo-yo of inconsistency.
Be a consistent Mom.
Ah...May God help me, in being a consistent, loving Mom. Amen.

Playing Lego
Like father like son, both have a fond hobby of playing Lego.
Hahahahaha...
They can bond together...
This is Timmy's creation, a tank. He made it himself out of his imagination, without looking any instruction on the book. There isn't any available for this tank. :)
The middle round part of the tank is turnable, with the grey binocular, and the brown shoot.
At the back of the bank, there are 2 walkie talkies.
He was inspired by the National Geographic documenter series of World War 2.
Last night, he told me the type of this tank, but I forgot. :p
He said something about calliber 7.5, shooting rage of 1830 meter?
Aiyah...Mommy cannot remember such things. Hahahaha....
Here's another creation. He said it's the shield from boom canon?
The soldier...

Friday, 28 November 2014.
Final exam season for Semester 1, Fourth Grade Primary School.
For breakfast, we made sandwiches, with egg, cucumber, tomato filling and cheese.
Timmy made his own topping of tomato ketchup and mayonaise.
This was us, in the morning. He has stood up to my nostril. Hahaha.. This morning, I did his height measurement, his height is around 137-138 cm. Weighing 37 kg.
This photo was taken at school, at the dismissal.
I seldom take photos of school activities these days.
So, here is the one I snapped. :)
Timmy was the line leader, the one standing beside the teacher with the red bag.
Looking at this photo, I just realised his height difference with his fellow boys friends.
The one standing right on the front is up to Timmy's neck.
I thought Timmy's height was average. But apparently not. Hehehe..
