Cutting Practice

Cutting Practice.

I created these few weeks ago, but Andrew only wanted to do bits and pieces, here and there.

Today, he wanted to try again.

Should you wish to make one, here's what I did.
1. Draw on the back of used paper, using color marker.
You can draw anything. Such as circles, squares, hearts, grapes, anything.
I made it colorful, so it's more interesting for the kid.

2. Have the child to cut it.

3. After it's being cut, your child can blow it. Blowing is a good activity to develop their oral muscle.

We discovered this blowing accidentally, when Andrew breathe into it. Hahaha...

I was watching the live session by @montessori_haus_asia and Miss Rosa was explaining that cutting is also one of the great pre-writing activity. Thank you Miss Rosa. 😁💕
