My Cooking and Baking


Ever since this second pregnancy, I became fond of cooking, baking, making this and that. Hahahaha...    Previously, I only saved recipe and didn't try it out.   Ended up just cooking simple food to my liking. Hahaha... "asal masak".

Here are the recipes that I tried.
Banana Choco Muffin.

Senangnya melihat Banana ChocChip Muffin yang ngembang, fluffy, montok. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸͺ 

It's gonna be my Dad's birthday celebration today. So, instead of buying a cake, I bake him one. 
Made with love, without preservative. πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Love you Dad.

..and gonna give another one to my Mother-in-law later. She is a very good baker. Hope she will like it.

Now, it's time to get ready.

Hujan-hujan, pengen martabak manis. Tapi males keluar rumah. 
Kebetulan lihat resep martabak manis, jadi pengen coba bikin. Hehehe...

I was inspired to try making this Martabak Manis last night. 
But didn't have the yeast.
Went to the market today.
Came back and gave it a try.

Perfect for the rainy weather.
It has been pouring rain for 6 hours non stop.

Tempe Orek Teri,
Teri Cabe,
Timun seger.





Home-cooked Tempe Orek Teri. 
Cooked with Chili & spices.
Fun Fact:
Tempe is traditional soy based product originating from Indonesia. It contains protein, iron, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6, to name a few. πŸ˜„ 
Added with "ikan teri" that little salted fish, which contains calcium.


 
Homemade Afternoon Snack. 
Banana Choco Cheese. 
Just simply cut the banana, 
add some shredded cheese on top, sprinkle with some chocolate. 
Tadaaa! Bon Appetite! πŸ˜„πŸ΅πŸ’



Red spinach...
It's amazing on how it turns out purplish.
Spinach is jammed packed with nutrients. Calcium, niacin, vitamin C, vitamin A.
